She began her career in executive headhunting within a high-level leadership forum, quickly earning a reputation for instinct, discretion, and an uncompromising approach to value-centric relationship building. Early on, she recognized that hiring shouldn’t be a volume exercise; it’s a precision discipline, where judgment matters and due diligence at every turn is required to ensure the best long-term fits.

Ranny Shibley brings a broad and proven track record as an entrepreneur, investor, and business leader.

Best known as the Founder & CEO of Bloom Benefits Group, one of Canada’s fastest-growing modern benefits consultancies, he has built a reputation for combining strategic advisory with a people-first approach that aligns perfectly with Bravn Talent’s mandate. In parallel, he is an owner of RJS Capital Inc., with investments and advisory work spanning multiple industries.

Ranny’s experience includes board roles across energy, technology, real estate, cannabis, and not-for-profit organizations, along with earlier work in the energy sector advising on transactions ranging from strategic acquisitions to deals exceeding $150 million.

At Bravn Talent, he plays a supporting role—bringing business acumen, pattern recognition, and a strong network that contributes to the firm’s early momentum and long-term direction.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary, is a Professional Engineer, and was named to Avenue Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40.

Izabella Parjan

Izabella Parjan brings a combination of technical experience and business perspective to her work in executive search.

She began her career as an Industrial Engineer in the energy sector, supporting large-scale infrastructure projects and working closely with technical teams. That background gives her a clear understanding of how these environments operate, and what effective talent looks like within them.

Her transition into recruitment allowed her to apply that insight more directly. Since 2021, she has focused on talent acquisition across construction, engineering, and architecture, with a strong grasp of the roles, industries, and expectations involved.

Equipped with past business owner experience, Izabella understands what is at stake in every hire. At Bravn Talent, she continues to take a relationship-first approach to everything she does, investing time to understand leadership style, team dynamics, and the broader context behind each search.
